What to expect from therapy
At its core, counselling is an exploratory conversation between us that seeks to understand how your challenging experiences and feelings like uncertainty, overwhelm and isolation may be impacting you.
No therapy journey is linear or the same, and counselling can help you to tap into your inner resources to find a suitable way forward. You are always in control of how much, how little, or for how long you’d like to attend counselling.

At Kardia Collective, fees for online services have been set with this in mind.
